Overview of our Rental Agent's Terms: For all stays, a $200 deposit is required when the reservation is made , and payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival.  The deposit acts as a security deposit and will be returned two (2) weeks after rental. If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, deposits will be forfeited unless written notice of such cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival.  There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departure. There will be a $50.00 surcharge for any stays that fall before, after, or during Easter week, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
